| It is a manufacturing base located in Minghang District, Shanghai. In 2006, after absorbing RMB 120 million investments for technological innovation and restruction, the No.3 branch acquired former No.2 branch. The base covers an area of 38,858 square meters and has 300 workers. Its main products are the imported sheet-fed offset press and single color perfector from Japanese Akiyama and domestically advanced screen printing machineries.
